What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.  All prices are in U.S currency.

Can I return an item I am unhappy with?

All products are backed by our 90 day return policy. For more details, please see our Returns and Exchanges page

Is your site safe for me to shop on?

Gotta Toy! takes security very seriously. Our site is secured by 256-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption provided by Verisign so all your information is kept completely secure. We are fully compliant with all Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards.

What is the condition of your products?

All of our toys are brand new in unopened packages. We purchase our products directly from the manufacturer and authorized distributors.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders ship within 2 business days, typically the next day. Standard domestic packages typically take 5-9 business days to arrive and Expedited Shipping typically arrives within 2-3 business days. Less than 1 in 10,000 of our shipments fail to arrive at their destination, however it does sometimes happen. In the unlikely event that your order is lost we will of course send you another. If it has been over 2 weeks since you received your shipping email and your toy has not shown up, please contact us for a replacement.

How much do you charge for shipping?

For domestic customers (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses) standard shipping on orders over $35 is free. For orders under $35, the cost of Economy Shipping is a flat fee of $5.00. The cost of Standard Shipping is $7.00 and the cost of Expedited Shipping is always $12.00. We do not overcharge or make a profit on shipping. We charge less than our actual shipping cost.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer International Shipping.

How can I track my order?

All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation or a tracking number. The shipping information will be emailed to you once your items ship. Tracking and order status can also be viewed through the website by creating an account.

The best way to contact us is through email at customerservice@gottatoy.com or by filling out the form on our Contact Us page. Customer Service is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST 7 days a week but. You may also telephone us, but you will go to voicemail if no one is available to answer the phone. We will do our best to respond within a few hours. We are closed on New Years Day, Easter Sunday, the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
